These terms cover this website and AssetFurnace Cloud. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

Who we are

AssetFurnace is made by Bingeljell. In these terms, "we" means us and "you" means you.

The free app

The AssetFurnace app you run on your own computer is open source under the Apache-2.0 licence. That licence, not these terms, covers the app. The models it downloads come with their own licences, listed in the app.

Founder spots

• A Founder spot costs $1, once. It reserves the Founder price for AssetFurnace Cloud: 20¢ a rigged character, locked for 6 months from launch, for up to 100 characters a month.
• When Cloud launches, your $1 becomes $1 of credit.
• With a Founder price, you can get unused credits back within 14 days of topping up. See Refunds.
• There are 100 spots. Once they are gone, new sign-ups join a waitlist.
• Your $1 is refundable any time before launch, and refunded in full if Cloud doesn't launch. See Refunds.
• We're aiming to launch Cloud before Christmas 2026.
• One spot per person. Spots can't be resold.

Cloud

• You pay for what you make, with credits you top up. No monthly fee.
• Your models are yours, including for commercial use. You are responsible for having the rights to the pictures and text you send us.
• Don't use Cloud for anything illegal, to copy other people's characters or artwork without permission, or to overload or attack the service.
• No sexual or explicit content, and never anything sexual involving minors. No pictures of real people without their permission. Nothing hateful, or made to harass someone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks this.
• We may close accounts that break these rules. Any unused credits on them are refunded, unless the account was used for fraud.

Payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Their terms also apply when you pay.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep things running and to make good models, but the service and the models are provided as they are. Generated models can sometimes come out wrong, and the service can be down. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the jobs or credits involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll say so on this site or by email before it applies. Your Founder price doesn't change with them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
