Founder spot ($1)

You can get your $1 back any time before AssetFurnace Cloud launches, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and we refund it in full to the card you used. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Once Cloud launches, your $1 becomes $1 of credit on your account, and is used like any other credit.

Cloud credits

With a Founder price: credits you top up are refundable if you haven't used them, within 14 days of buying them. Email us and we'll sort it out.

Everyone else: you can cancel a top-up you haven't started using, as the law in your country allows.

For everyone: if a job fails on our side, the credits for it go back to your account.

Who processes payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They take the payment, handle sales tax, and send the refund back to your card.
